Maggie Estep é uma poeta e escritora americana. Ela lançou dois discos: Love is a Dog From Hell e No More Mr. Nice Girl.Estep nasceu em 1962 em Summit, Nova Jersey. Ela surgiu no início da década de 1990, quando grunge foi o auge da moda e sua agressiva política e sexo - sua poesia foi muito acessível. O vídeo de ‘Hey Baby’ foi destacado em Beavis & Butt - head.

Mais tarde contribuiu com vocais para duas músicas de Recoil em 1997 no álbum Unsound Methods, incluindo o single “Control Freak”.

Estep passou a escrever vários romances, incluindo novelas de mistério apresentando Ruby Murphy, “Gargantuan” e “Hex”.
